If you have problems please follow the following tests before submitting your problem to Support:
1. Make sure you have inserted the TravelKall SIM into an unlocked compatible handset.
2. Make sure you are seeing a network with a strong signal.
3. Check you have balance by dialling '803'
4. Please dial using +(Country Code) then number omitting the first zero. (+442076653322)
5. Check the destination number is correct and test by calling from another phone.

After following these steps please include in your comments below:
1. Your TravelKall Mobile number plus an additional contact number.
2. The full destination number you were dialling.
3. The exact time and date of the call.
4. Exact details of what happened.
