TravelKall is built on patented technology which allows low cost international roaming on over 300 global mobile networks. TravelKall is a professional travel SIM  built on tier 1 quality termination carriers and supported by local dealers being built up around the globe.

TravelKall is not sold online and is exclusively available through selected dealers around the globe. These dealers are under contract to provide professional customer service and local language assistance as well as payment facilities in local currencies.

In the event of difficulties getting hold of a local dealer. Credit Card Payments can also be handled by our payment agent Milenicom. Email the amount in the subject heading (USD or Pound Sterling Value) to airtime-credit@travelkall.com and include your SIM number and a second contact number with your name and  City/Country. An invoice and payment link will be generated. Follow this by a call to support if the credit is neaded urgently. Urgent CC payments can be made below.


1. Make sure you have an unlocked GSM mobile handset (Test with another SIM)

2. Make sure that you have a good network connection (Check the signal strength)

3. Insert the TravelKall SIM & power up (The default PIN code is 0000)

4. Wait until the SIM finds a network (Contact your dealer to confirm your area is covered)

5. Check you have a credit balance by dialing 803 (No response means no credit)

6. Dial all numbers with '+' sign followed by country code. EG +447740708887

7. 80% of mobile handsets are compatible and there will be a few second pause.

8. After displaying 'Please wait' the handset will ring and you simply answer the call.

9. You will hear the message 'Please wait while we connect you'

10. Your call is connected automatically.

1. How do I make a call?

Dial country code & number and press the Send/Call button.

For example: 00442084979295 or + 442084979295 Send/Call

If your handset is not compatible with the SIM, you will be able to use the following prefix to use the service.

Dial *126*102* country code & number# and press the send call button.

For example: *126*102*00442084979295# Send/Call

Or *126*102*+442084979295# Send/Call

There will be a short pause, with no sound or line tone. Your phone may (depending on handset model) display an on screen message saying “Thank you for using the service. Your call will be connected soon.”

After few seconds, your handset will ring and when you answer, you will here a voice message saying “Please wait while we connect your call” You will then hear a normal ring tone and you will be connected to the number you dialled. When finished – please hang up as you would normally.             

2. Can I send text messages?      

The TravelSIM card allows you to receive/send texts. Text messages sent to your TravelSIM UK mobile number, will be received free of charge.

When sending texts, make sure you key in the full country code and destination number.

3. On what phone can I use this SIM card?

You can use the TraveSIM card in any mobile phone which is unlocked. If you are unsure whether your phone is locked try inserting a SIM card from another network into your phone. If it works normally, your phone is unlocked and ready for our TravelSIM card. If a message such as ‘SIM card restricted’ appears you will then need to unlock the phone.

4. How much does it cost to use abroad?

Using the TravelSIM card service abroad will save you hundreds of pounds in roaming charges. To see how much you can save, check the Rates Calculator, simply enter the name of the country to which you are traveling.
